适用范围：在您使用本软件网络服务时，本软件自动接收并记录的您的手机上的信息，包括但不限于您使用的语言、访问日期和时间、软硬件特征信息及您需求的网页记录等数据。

信息的使用：在获得您的数据之后，本软件会将其上传至服务器，以方便您的设备使用，方便您能够更好地使用服务。本 APP 收集的用户个人信息，均存储于依托阿里云技术搭建的服务器平台（对应访问网址：www.iloreda.com）。所有用户数据的实际存储地点为阿里云香港数据中心，除符合法律法规明确规定的跨境数据传输情形（如用户主动发起的跨境服务需求且已获得你明确同意外，我们不会将你的个人信息传输至其它第三方。

信息披露：

本软件不会将您的信息披露给不受信任的第三方。

根据法律的有关规定，或者行政或司法机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法机构披露。

如您出现违反中国有关法律、法规或者相关规则的情况，需要向第三方披露。

信息存储和交换：本软件收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在本软件及（或）其关联公司的服务器上，这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或本软件收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。

另外，“4G 狩猎相机” APP 的开发者表示不会从此 APP 中收集任何数据。“TrailCam 4G” APP 的开发者也表明该 APP 不会收集任何数据。

# Scope of Application:

When you use the network services of this software, the software will automatically receive and record the information on your mobile phone, including but not limited to the language you use, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and web page records you need.

# Use of Information:

After obtaining your data, this software will upload it to the server to facilitate the use of your device and enable you to better use the services. All user personal information collected by this APP is stored on a server platform built with Alibaba Cloud technology (corresponding access URL: www.iloreda.com). The actual storage location of all user data is the Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong Data Center. Except for cross-border data transmission scenarios explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations (e.g., cross-border service requests initiated by you voluntarily and with your explicit consent), we will not transmit your personal information to other third parties.

# Information Disclosure:

This software will not disclose your information to untrusted third parties.

Disclosure to third parties, administrative or judicial authorities will be made in accordance with relevant provisions of laws or requirements of administrative or judicial authorities.

If you violate relevant laws, regulations or rules of China, your information may need to be disclosed to third parties.

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the operation of the application, it is necessary to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services. Meanwhile, it will analyze and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error logs, so as to provide you with better services. In addition, the developer of the "4G Hunting Camera" APP states that no data will be collected from this APP. The developer of the "TrailCam 4G" APP also states that this APP will not collect any data.
